Diamond Nation – Flemington, NJ
Diamond Nation, a new development in Flemington, New Jersey plays home to the nationally renowned Jack Cust Baseball Academy as well as the new Jennie Finch Softball Academy solidifying itself as the premier baseball and softball tournament and training complex in the entire country. Construction of Diamond Nation was completed in June 2009.
Diamond Nation and its affiliates have facilities comprised of 65-acres including separate indoor baseball and softball academies, the largest amateur sports dome in the country, and an outdoor tournament complex.
The Diamond Nation complex consists of five 90′ fields and two 50′-70′ fields. The facility features a unique design unlike any other in the country with each of the 90′ fields capable of being converted into two Little League size fields each having their own backstops, dugouts, and bullpens. This gives the complex the ability to play twelve games at a time and the versatility to have both baseball and softball games.
The Indoor Academy at Diamond Nation is designed specifically for the development of hitting and pitching. Consisting of four full size batting cages equipped with pitching mounds and L-screens, the layout allows for the maximum use of time and space and provides an opportunity for a player to develop and improve their skills year round.
HealthQuest Sports Dome
Built in 2003, the Sports Dome is the largest air structure in the nation and is considered the East Coast’s premier indoor facility for winter athletic programs. The approximately 140,000 square foot dome is a temporary structure that covers HealthQuest Park from November to March, which allows elite competition and training programs to continue indoors. The facility inside is subdivided utilizing protective netting to optimize the use of the space. The HealthQuest Sports Dome offers leagues and clinics for all ages from youth, high school, college, and adults.
Jack Cust Baseball Academy
In 1997 Jack Cust Baseball Academy opened its doors for business with the indoor academy which was most recently renovated in 2005. Consisting of three full-size batting cages equipped with pitching mounds and L-Screens, the layout allows for the maximum use of time and space and provides an opportunity for a player to develop and improve their skills on an extremely time efficient basis. The facility also includes a mirrored training area and the JC Video Pro Video Analysis System for more concentrated work on a player’s mechanics. Completing the facility is our Academic Center available to our students for studying and doing homework.
HealthQuest Park was built in 2000, and features the only state-of-the-art AstroTurf lighted facility in Central Jersey. The complex provides two Little League fields and one regulation size baseball diamond. In 2006, the fields were equipped with new FieldTurf cutouts providing for less rainouts and maintenance. The 90′½ field has dimensions of 310′ down the lines and 390′ to center field while the 60′ fields have 200′ dimensions to all fields.
HealthQuest Fitness Center
Founded in 2001, HealthQuest has established itself as one of the top 100 Health Clubs in the country.
HealthQuest is a complete Family Fitness, Wellness, & Athletic Facility where families and athletes can maintain their general health, nurture their family’s fitness and develop their competitive edge. HealthQuest is set on the 65-acre campus with 104,000 square feet of exercise space.
Open 365 days a year, the facility has over 300 pieces of strength and conditioning equipment, twenty-five meter indoor and outdoor pools, 3-lane indoor track, 2 full basketball courts, 2 large exercise studios, spinning room, gymnastics, dance, yoga and martial arts studios, steam and sauna rooms, day spa and food court. The facility also has childcare services as well as men’s, women’s and family locker rooms with private changing rooms.
HealthQuest offers a wide variety of activities for all ages as well as personal and group training specifically geared toward athletes for strength and conditioning, speed and agility, sport specific training and nutritional concepts.
