Grind Carolina defeated Star National Metro, 8-0, in the 14U Diamond Nation World Series championship game. Sal Spadaccino of Grind was named the 14U tournament’s Most Valuable Player. Grind Carolina (5-1) outscored its opponents 40-17. Star National (4-2) was outscored by its opponents 34-25.
