Lefthander Justin Herbstman of Sportika Gallagher Elite pitched one of the more dominant games of the summer at Diamond Nation on Saturday when he shutout Baseball U. North Jersey Orange on a one-hitter.

Herbstman, a rising sophomore at Old Bridge High School, struck out 15 batters in his six-inning complete game gem as Sportika Gallagher defeated Baseball U. North, 9-0 in a 15U Boys of Summer pool play game.

The 15 year-old Herbstman has had his fastball clocked at 82 miles per hour.

Sportika Gallagher Elite Red (4-0) would go on to win the 15U Boys of Summer Red Bracket championship, outscoring its opponents 48-3 in tournament play. Sportika Gallagher defeated South Jersey Young Guns, 6-2, in the championship game.
