The Diamond Jacks Super 12U defeated RCBC Ghost 12U Nationals, 8-7, in the 12U Gold Super Fall Invitational championship game. Weston Hoelper and Kwame Boachie-Agyemanof the Diamond Jacks were named co-MVPs of the 12U Gold tournament. Super 12U (5-0) outscored its opponents 55-22. RCBC Ghost (3-2) held a 44-28 runs advantage on its opponents.

Hustle Baseball defeated Squeeze Baseball, 15-0, in the 12U Silver Super Fall Invitational championship game. Dominic Sheridan-Gadia of Hustle Baseball was named the 12U Silver tournament Most Valuable Player. Hustle Baseball (2-1-1) outscored its opponents 36-27. Squeeze Baseball (2-2) was outscored by its opponents 40-16.
